Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
    • Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, customized products, and clearance items, are not eligible for return unless defective.

  2. Process for Returns:

    • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) when submitting your return request.
    • Once approved, return instructions, including shipping details, will be provided.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with the order.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

  1. Refund Approval:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Refunds will be processed only for items that meet our return conditions.

  2. Refund Process:

    • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  3. Partial Refunds:

Exchanges

Exceptions

  • Gift cards, final sale items, and items marked "non-returnable" are exempt from returns and refunds.
